Construction Updates

Construction crews substantially completed the gypsum drywall last week. Work continues on the stucco, tape and float, metal roofing, elevator, and installation of cedar timbers at the porch. Next week work is scheduled to start the masonry, start up the HVAC system, and start the installation of ceramic tile in the restrooms.

Work Completed This Period

• Continued stucco.
• Started light poles installation. Started timber installation at porch.
• Work continued on metal roofing.
• Substantially completed sheet rock on walls. Continued taping and floating walls.

Work Scheduled for Next Period

• Continue stucco. Continue to tape and float walls – nearing completion.
• Start masonry. HVAC startup. Continue elevator installation.
• Continue timber installation. Continue metal roofing.
• Start ceramic tile installation (pending revision).
